Agreement

These terms cover use of this website and purchases of physical office supplies from Sarah-denver. Sarah-denver is a trading name of ELEVATE ANALYTICS LIMITED (No. 17334303).

Definitions

"We", "us", and "our" mean ELEVATE ANALYTICS LIMITED, trading as Sarah-denver.

"You" means the visitor or customer using the site.

"Products" means the physical stationery items and packs listed for sale.

Orders

Product descriptions, prices, and stock are offered in good faith and may change before an order is accepted. A contract is formed when Stripe confirms your card payment, or when we accept an order request in writing.

An order request by itself is only an enquiry. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, a fraud concern, a stock shortage, or a legal restriction. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the amount taken.

Price, delivery, and returns

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery times and delivery charges are set out in the Shipping Policy. The 14-day returns window and the return address are set out in the Returns Policy.

Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you give us. Please check that address before you pay.

Product descriptions

Descriptions summarise pack size, material, and typical office use. They are not a promise that a product meets a specialist, safety, or regulatory specification beyond ordinary stationery use. Please check the product page before you order.

Website content

Text, layout, and photographs on this site are protected. You may browse and place orders. You may not copy the catalogue for a competing shop. Product brand names belong to their owners.

Liability

If goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, your statutory rights apply, including a repair, replacement, or refund where the law requires it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where the law does not allow that exclusion. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Using the site

You must give accurate contact and delivery details. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or introduce malware.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales deal with disputes, except where mandatory consumer protections give you the right to use the courts of your home country.
