Physical goods

Sarah-denver sells physical office supplies, including filing, paper, pens, and desk essentials. Orders are packed and dispatched from our UK stock.

Delivery time

Orders placed and paid before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, are usually dispatched the next working day.

Most UK mainland addresses receive their parcel within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel has left us.

Delivery charges

Standard UK mainland delivery is free on orders of £50 or more. Orders under £50 carry a flat delivery charge of £4.95.

The delivery charge is shown before you pay. Highlands, islands, and any delivery outside the UK mainland, where we can offer it, may cost more and take longer. We will confirm that charge before the order is completed.

If something is out of stock

If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you with the expected restock date and offer a wait, a substitute with your agreement, or a refund.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and the goods and email us with your order reference. If a parcel does not arrive within the stated window, contact us so we can trace it with the carrier.
