How orders are handled

You can pay by card via Stripe at checkout. An order request is available as an extra option if you want us to confirm a trade or volume order before payment.

We aim to reply to enquiries on UK business days. We do not guarantee an instant response. Dispatch follows the times in our Shipping Policy, and you receive a tracking email once the parcel leaves us.

Product information

Pack sizes, colours, paper weights, and descriptions are given so you can choose everyday stationery. Images are illustrative and may vary slightly by batch. Product pages are not professional, legal, or technical advice.

You are responsible for checking that the pack size and specification suit your workplace.

Support and complaints

For a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, email info@sarah-denver.com with your order reference and a short description. Photographs help us resolve damaged deliveries quickly.

We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and to put things right with a replacement or a refund where that is due.

Catalogue changes

We may correct a description, pack size, or price, or withdraw a product, when stock or supplier details change. If that affects an order you have already paid for, we will contact you before dispatch.

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, scrape the catalogue in bulk, or interfere with checkout. We may refuse an order that looks fraudulent or that we cannot fulfil.
