Payment Policy

Card payment via Stripe at checkout

The usual way to pay is by card through Stripe at checkout. Pay now opens a secure Stripe page for the product. We do not take card numbers by email, and we do not send payment details later by email.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies to UK consumers. The amount you confirm at checkout is the amount charged, including any delivery charge.

Order request as an extra option

If you prefer not to pay immediately, you can send an order request instead. This is an extra option, mainly for trade or volume enquiries. Submitting a request does not take payment and does not by itself form a contract.

We review availability and delivery, then reply with the next step. You can still pay by card via Stripe if you choose to complete the order that way.

Invoices and receipts

Stripe provides a payment receipt for card payments. Schools and registered businesses can ask for a VAT invoice by email with the order reference.

Security

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Do not send full card numbers through website forms or ordinary email. If a message claiming to be from us asks for card details, contact us on info@sarah-denver.com before you reply.
